- We are just getting started
- We are a small team in Central America. We do not have a list of churches to show yet, and we are not going to invent one. If you decide to try it, you will be among the first.

- Every church gets its own subdomain with a public page: congregation information, service times and upcoming events.

- You can receive one-off donations and recurring subscriptions — monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual — which the donor manages on their own from their personal link.
- Your data, separated from other churches
- Every database query is scoped to the organization making it, with Row Level Security enforced inside PostgreSQL. One church cannot read another church's data.
- What we do not do yet
- We do not automatically import your current database from Excel or CSV, and we have no app in the stores: the platform installs straight from the browser.

Got questions?
These are the things people ask us most about Faith Connect.
- Is there a free trial?
- Whenever a trial plan is published, yes: it shows up as its own block in the pricing section on this page, with the current length. It starts when you create your organization, with no credit card, and is limited to one trial per email address. If you do not see that block, no trial is open right now and you sign up straight into a paid plan.
- Can I import or export my data?
- We do not have automatic Excel or CSV import today: members are registered from inside the platform. Export we do have — member lists and financial reports download as CSV whenever you want.
- How secure is our data?
- Data lives in a PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase. Every query is scoped to the organization making it, with Row Level Security enforced in the database itself, so one church cannot read another church's data. The finance module also has its own password and an audit log. We have no third-party certifications to show yet, and we are not going to claim otherwise.
- What if our church needs to change plans?
- The change is not immediate. You pick the new plan from the admin panel, we send you to the payment page, and the plan takes effect once the payment clears. If your current plan is paid and still running, you keep using it in the meantime — walking away from the payment page takes nothing from you. If your period already ended and you are inside the grace days, starting the change closes that grace and access is limited to the billing section until the payment lands. Changing plans deletes no data; what changes are the limits: if you move down and are already above the new limit, everything you have stays, but you will not be able to add more until you are back under it. We do not yet calculate automatic proration for the difference in the current period.
- What languages is the platform in?
- The admin dashboard is in Spanish and English, and you switch languages from inside the platform. It is not fully translated yet: the newest screens — billing, your church's public page and recurring-donation management — are still Spanish only. We also do not publish guaranteed support hours: we would rather not promise a response time we cannot keep.
- Does it work on mobile devices?
- Yes. The platform is fully responsive and available as a Progressive Web App (PWA), so it works on any device and can be installed from the browser, without downloading anything from app stores.
